“This is a wonderful opportunity for Traci and I to tell our story to the CBS Early Show audience,” says Hobbs. “It was so timely, in that it came just as I began writing songs for my newest recording venture, an album full of songs that speak about love and relationships. Traci and I shared the good, bad, and the ugly parts of our marriage and friendship during the interview. We simply held true to our policy that `transparency is key.’ For all my recording career, I’ve only sang songs about my faith and relationship with God, but God himself is opening doors for me to become a positive catalyst towards people falling in love and staying in love. We want couples to develop a perpetual YES in their relationship. We believe a YES cancels out a NO any day!”
Darwin Hobbs is best known for his radio hits such as “Glorify Him,” “Everyday” with Michael McDonald and a gospel remake of Luther Vandross‘ “So Amazing” that even Vandross loved.
