UK CELEBRATION OF GOSPEL MUSIC: October 6th and 7th @ Ocean Hackney

A special two-day event, A Celebration of Gospel Music (CGM), will bring together an unprecedented number of Gospel artists from the UK on Saturday 6th and Sunday 7th October at Hackney’s premier live music venue – Ocean.

Celebration of Gospel Music brings to the forefront the rich heritage; past, present and future of Gospel music. Some of the artist that will be feauturing on the night are: Basil Meade with the London Community Gospel Choir, the Visual Ministry Celebration Choir, David Daniels & PCF Choir, Jennifer Philips, Priscilla Jones, Raymond & Co, Nicky Brown, Ruach Mass Choir, Roger Samuels, Dwayne Tryumf, New Direction Crew and Hildia Campbell whose trio Voices With Soul reached the final stages of TV’s X Factor in 2004

In honour of the great sounds of Gospel music CGM presents a spectacular event of history, education and powerful songs that will create an atmosphere of excitement, liveliness, audience participation and an uplifting experience through sounds of ranging vocals, breathtaking performances and live music.
