    Greetings and Blessings To All:

First of all I heard that bitter interview that’s exactly what it was. If this marriage was absolutely ordained by GOD and Tonex said okay baby let’s make this work, then being the sanctified, spiritual and wonderfully made child of his she is, reconciliation she should speak. Yvette is bitter because of the way Tonex left instead of standing by his side the way a wife should stay she spoke nothing but venom under cover saying that she still loves him. Listen to his songs he still loves his wife too but she’s calling him a phony, faggot and a fake not good, but like Tonex said you got the gold and I have the Midas Touch true only true. She stated she hate divorce mmhmm? Listen to this interview with Brother Gerard Women like her make it really bad for women like myself, I’m not going to defend her because I’m a women I’m defending the truth. Get your house in order before Jesus come okay. Everybody putting the pressure on Tonex let’s see his going off was because of it all yes none of us are perfect so don’t expect Tonex to be.

    Not a Fan Of Tonex

So I have been in this game for a while…
    ——————————-
Skip down tot he bottome for the succinct post…

I appreciate a lot of different material. I would like to try by creativity at spinning… I have mentored teens before in the innercity of Winnipeg (not as crazily insane as Vancouver or T-Dot)but I had seen and had my share of troubles. I removed myself from mentoring teens as I struggled through sexual heat.

I do want to influence the masses for God when its right. I strive to have God in my life; model it as best I can but offering it in a way that is subtle and at the right times. I try to disciple when ever possible. It’s funny I am instant hit with young teens when I volunteer for a drop-in centre. It’s ok if I can connect to guys that way but I always happens to connect with the girls.

I have many downfalls. I wasn’t a gansta or anything but I experience a lot of what they would go through. I haven’t done drugs but I have dealt it in the past. I haven’t gotten drunk. My struggle has always been of a sexual nature.

I have struggles, I have sinned, I have told God what I’m doing and I try to correct it. I know he’s still using me during my “bad boy” period. He knows I am struggling with the current state of the church and religion.

I am a son of a Pastor and have been hit with the cookie cutter crap and all the doctrine from the 80’s they have stuffed in a cube. I think a spiritual born-again can flow much easier if you work with a spherical framework. A sphere is continous and never has one break in its structure but when the sphere is used it can roll and fit in places where the cube cannot.

This doesn’t mean you become extremely open, free and flexible with mixing worldy values with born-again spiritual lifestyle. I am not conservative nor am I extremely liberal in my ambition to connect spiritually with the GenX and GenY teens and young adults.

    —————————–
    My succint answer:

I do not support the gay agenda or anything homesexual in nature. I clearly stand against divorce. I’ve had several friends divorce at young ages; I’ve had youth pastors that have divorced and had to quite their jobs. Marriage as an institutional union is declining as more people devleope their consumer oriented mindset about females.

I have sinned; I have had my wild teen years. I am revolutionary in my thinking, music, creativity much like Tonex. I was even deciding to join his Nureau movement at one point because I thought this is it…this is the change we need to see in the church. I am a funky, god spirited individual that infuses God into his everyday activities. I am on the low….as the body of believers I guess we are all underground according to the mainstream world.

We can’t agree or uplift Tonex in his selfish comments about money and garnering albums. We can’t be sure what his position is when we sings theme songs for Gay cruise ships(hopefully he will see that this is bunk). And possible he should’ve been stripped of his bishop/pastorate ranking during the ordeal and that this was a mistake on the part of COGIC.

But I know tight beats and I can see genuine. I know Tonex has gone through really tough times and he snapped. (Recently, if it weren’t for God in my life I would have snapped too.)

He is genuinely trying to get back on track but his previous flashy, mogul image has slightly maligned his spiritual, re-born God given talent. Even if the doctrines he supports are suspect, the basic truth he believes in (and most denominations) is what needs to cut through. Teens need to know the basic truth - the cracka and butta - then they can mess around with denominational doctrines but I wouldn’t reccomend that. As long as their born-again in the heart not words, they can work on their image bit-by-bit (as all of us our doing).

His outbreak which culminated in “The Naked Truth” is somewhat raw. On the one hand his homosexual inuendo should have been kept to his spiritual advisors in private. On the other hand, even though profanity is banned in most circumstances in the Bible, God can see what Tonex was doing. God can use this track to speek to a teen deep in fustration with the world.

Keep in Mind and For example:

It reminds me of Eamons Song “F*k It” where Eamon commented that it was his raw response to his fustrations with relationships. He said he moved on from that period in his life and makes somewhat less profane tracks with angst. I think if the body of christ could respond to Tonex’s “Naked Truth” as a plea for help instead of a self-proclaiming spewing of words, then we would see it in a different light. In addition, some of the fault lies on his spiritual advisors and record compnaies/labels/distributors/ for not coming along side him spiritual to support him. His accountability partner should have known about the problems going on and relayed that to his spiritual advisors, realeasing a statement earlier in this whoel situation.

It also reminds me of a hiphop artist that recently came forward publicly about osmething he was strugglin with sexually (Maximillian). His wife pushed him to get help before they married.

This is the raw nakedness and unashamed stance we should take to any homosexual, porn or sexual addiction. Just plainly love them, outrightly help and support them in their identity crisis period but not retain or agree to their conduct.

I think we need to be more truthful, transparent, and maybe “naked” at times, in the right way, at the right time, on the right medium, under solid, spiritual direction.
