The Stellar and Soul Train award-nominated gospel group James Grear & Company release new album, “Don’t Waste Another Day”

Minneapolis, MN — We all need motivation in our lives and right on time with an uplifting and encouraging message through song is the latest James Grear & Company project, which debuted in August 2009.

The James Grear & Company’s sixth album release, Don’t Waste Another Day, has something for everyone, from the good traditional gospel to the young and contemporary gospel music. The album, released with Habakkuk Music and Universal Music Christian Group (UMCG), focuses on inspiring the spirit with moving lyrics and astounding vocals, especially the first single.

Written and produced by Billy Steele, the first single “Hold On (Change is Coming)” is a remake of the Sounds of Blackness hit. “Hold On” is an upbeat song meant to remind you that “everything will be alright,” leaving you optimistic and snapping your fingers. The title track, “Don’t Waste Another Day” featuring Vlad of SONSOFDAY and Jamecia Bennett, is an influential song of stimulation and encouragement. Dr. Bobby Jones of Black Entertainment Television’s Bobby Jones Gospel once said, “James Grear & Company is one of the most remarkable Gospel groups of our times.” They don’t disappoint this time around.

James Grear & Company is a Minneapolis-based nine member vocal ensemble that has given their lives to the proclamation of Jesus Christ. Radically, this group achieves this by performing not only in church settings, but also in venues and secular hot spots where the ministry does not usually appear.
