New Artist Dylan Releases “The First Noel” Arranged By Denice Wint: Download Today
When you think of Christmas, which song immediately comes to your mind, bringing with it floods of memories of Christmases past? Think about it for a moment.
It is precisely this question and the memories conjured that inspired Inspirational artist Dylan (pronounced Die-lun) to head into the studio and record ‘The First Noel.’ A well loved Christmas classic, its chorus lines resound throughout every carol service.
Arranged and produced by Denice Wint, this classic carol has been transformed by her unique style into a contemporary but relevant Christmas song. Denice Wint’s list of credits as a background vocalist is just incredible and includes, Kurt Carr and the Kurt Carr Singers, Andrae Crouch, Gladys Knight, Chaka Khan and Mariah Carey. The track features instrumentals by Tony Best, musical director for the Holloway Gospel Choir.
The track also features smooth, warm vocals, that glide across the notes and soars with the dulcet tones of the string arrangement that takes you on a journey to that night so long ago when Christ was born.
Of his upcoming release Dylan says, “I wanted to combine the warmth of a Christmas Carol and contemporary music. Working with Denice and Tony helped to create just that. When you hear the wind chimes at the start of the track it makes you feel all warm inside and just want to curl up on the sofa and wait for the snow to fall. I hope everyone falls in love with Christmas all over again when they listen to The First Noel.”
The single “The First Noel” is released on November 29th on TuCan Records.
The First Noel will be available as a digital download from iTunes worldwide.
